Joseph received her B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington and J.D. from Baylor University.

She is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Texas and the United States District Courts in the Eastern District of Texas and the Northern District of Texas. Her practice is devoted to representation of victims in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
